Dr. Shojaei is professional and caring dentist with incredible patience. I decided to drive 40 miles to visit her office and I’m so glad I did. She successfully performed a root canal on one of my teeth that another dentist couldn’t fix.

It’s been a while since she treated me and the tooth is still perfect which shows how skilled she is. If I ever need another root canal in the future, I won’t hesitate to return to her. Highly recommend.

Because of this dentist, I lost the root of a healthy tooth. I came in with pain in tooth #19. The dentist asked me twice to open and close my mouth and then told me the problem wasn’t with tooth #19, but with tooth #18. I trusted that and had a root canal done on tooth #18. After the crown was placed, I was still in pain. I went back, and this time the dentist said it wasn’t tooth #18 or #19, it was tooth #20. So, they did a root canal on tooth #20.

Yet, the pain continued. Eventually, the dentist went back to work on tooth #18 - the one that was already crowned and root canaled. For nearly two months, I had to go in every two weeks for a quick 10-min visit just so they could bill my insurance for office visits. In the end, I lost the root canals on two teeth, and the pain in tooth #19 still hasn’t gone away. Do not trust this dentist’s diagnosis. Always get a second opinion before you risk losing a healthy tooth for no reason. I am unable to respond directly to your previous communication and must therefore provide my reply here.

That is not accurate. I came in with pain in tooth #19, and at the time, the doctor told me the pain was coming from tooth #18 and proceeded with a root canal on #18. The 3D scan was taken after the root canal on #18 was completed. Also, please don’t say that nothing was done on tooth #19. After the root canal on #18, I continued to experience pain, and I was scheduled for multiple office visits where adjustments were made to the crown height of tooth #19. If you have an x-ray taken before the root canal on tooth #18 that clearly shows an infection in the root of #18, I would be happy to receive it, and I will certainly consider removing my negative review.

It was very quick and easy after I was numb. It only lasted about two hours which was pretty quick. I think she was able to numb me in the perfect spot. The perfect amount needed. She showed me a picture after it was completed and it was very friendly easy. It was very quick and good. It was very painless. I don’t know why people get bad ratings for, but she is a very smart dentist.
