Excellent dental office! It is very clean and they are taking their Covid19 precautions very seriously which I appreciated. This is a good dentist to go to if you live in the neighborhood. There was a slight wait to see the dentist but I didn’t really mind. I was in and out for my cleaning in a little over an hour.

HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time then was finally put in a dental chair where a staff member asked a few vague questions then put on a violent movie and left the room. After waiting another 15 minutes, I asked if the dentist was coming to see me soon and was told she was with another patient. Enough. I'm a professor and needed to get to CCNY where I teach.

So I left and will never go back. The staff is unprofessional. The waiting room has bugs. DO NOT GO HERE!

My daughter was waiting for a very very long time for her root canal app , and today she was there for a very long time cancel all her classes and job day just for this people to said they can’t finish it and they left my daughter with half of the poor job done , not even little explanation to her about why they couldn’t finish , front desk a very nasty rude “person” reply to me is like that with all patients “ really ?” And nothing can they do about it , always even by phone very nasty condescending talking girl , looking for other place this is terrible .
