I waited 3 months for my appointment and I call the day before my appointment and they don’t answer they don’t return my call I show up on time I knock I call then some lady in her pj answer and says they cancelled won’t even open the door said I thought we called everyone can’t tell me when they will call and reschedule mind you they couldn’t even call and tell me they canceled and they never answered after that first initial appointment after I spent $150 so I had someone to watch my kid after I spent another hundred on stuff I would need for my mouth after the surgery they can’t call me and tell me we have to reschedule It’s very unprofessional and upsetting. I’m literally sitting in my car crying outside the place.

I have waited so long for this and they can’t have the decency just to call and say hey. But if I don’t show up exactly on time, did they say they can cancel it if I don’t answer the phone 24 hours before they said they’ll cancel it.

But yet I called yesterday to make sure I still have the appointment at the right time and they couldn’t have the decency to tell B call me back and say hey we’re going to reschedule or even tell me when they’re going to schedule it was like a tease like you’re going to finally get these teeth you need your little finally have a smile again and oops no JK
