Dr. Zhang is amazing! I highly recommend to visit her office. I have never seen such a high level of care provided at any other dental office. There is never an attempt to upsell dental services and you are recommended only what you actually need. Dr.

Zhang always takes the time to thoroughly explain why a procedure is required, what is involved and offers various options. My immediate and extended family have been with Dr. Zhang for over 3 years and we couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Zhang is great! Do yourself a favour and schedule a visit at her office. She runs a state of art clinic using the most advanced technology and equipment. As a dentist, she is extremely caring with her patients.

She takes the time to fully explain each procedure and ensures that the best treatment plan is applied. Her fees are honest and you can trust that you're not paying for any unnecessary treatments. I can't recommend her enough to anyone looking for a dentist in the Markham area!

My children have been seeing Dr Zhang for many years now and I was so impressed by her professionalism and competency, and that of her staff, that I too signed on as a patient. She has the ability to not only provide parents clear, accurate, unbiased explanations of any issues she comes across during each examination, but also to then explain it very simply for the children so that they understand what they need to do. I was grateful that she monitored the movement of my kid's teeth for years and gave suggestions (such as getting a jaw expander) years prior to when she would wear braces because this not only saved us time and money in the long run, but also improved her quality of life (easier breathing, better ability to breath with her mouth closed) earlier. I appreciated that she didn't hard sell certain options for braces.

That said the clinic's expertise with Invisailgn was very comforting. Additionally the office set up many follow up appointments free of charge so that they could monitor my kid's progress. This was above and beyond what we expected. The clinic is clean and the staff are good with appointment reminders which is one thing less I had to track.

Rita at the front desk was very helpful (and patient) in explaining the financial/insurance breakdowns. I appreciate service providers who provide good, consistent care that I don't have to second guess, the quality of which I do not need to worry about. Dr Zhang and her staff have certainly been providing our family with such care over the last few years.

Dr. Zhang really knows her stuff. She is professional, very knowledgeable, empathetic, uses up to date technology and procedures, and has steady hands (important for a dentist I’d think), and is on time. I have benefitted from her dental services for a couple years now (for emergencies and for regular dental needs) and have only ever had positive experiences. I appreciate many things about this clinic but I most appreciate how she takes the time to patiently explain and provide options for my dental needs and will never rush through any procedures.

The hygienists are very friendly, informed, and thorough as well. And lastly but not least, I’ve called the administrators many MANY times and have only ever received prompt and helpful assistance. I’d highly recommend her and those part of her practice.
