I was a patient here for 12 years. . . as was my entire family of 5. Recently had my first issue ever with them, and was immediately blamed for the miscommunication and oversight on THEIR part. A miscommunication and oversight that was extremely costly for me. Was met with no apology, no admittance to a mistake of any kind, not one iota of a desire to make it right. .

. nothing but blame on me. It's truly sad that the loyalty of my family held no more meaning to them than that. Needless to say, none of us will be back. Make certain that you are being heard correctly and that you are given all information if you go here, because they clearly think they make no mistakes. I will say though, Heather was the only one that seemed to want to try to help me and absolutely agreed that their was an oversight. . .

she was very sweet in my conversations with her. Follow up: I wanted to follow up and say that Dr. Martin did call and have a conversation with me. I do appreciate him reaching out and showing care for me and my family. A resolution wasn't really offered but he did apologize for us getting to this point and did let me know that he cared for me and my family and wished us well.

Super happy and pleased with EVERYONE at Dr. Martin's office !!!! I have never been to a more pleasant doctor office ! I recommend Dr. Martin and his staff to everyone I can. Seeing Brittany when first entering the office is a bonus, she is AWESOME !!!!!!

I've been a patient at Dr. Martin's office for many years, primarily for routine cleanings. Their consistent professionalism and friendly atmosphere have always put me at ease. Recently, I needed to have some cavities filled. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Dr. Martin worked with such precision that I felt absolutely no pain during or after the procedure.

Special mention must go to Kaylee, whose attentive care and gentle manner helped keep me relaxed throughout the visit. The way they work together as a team is impressive. The office itself is always immaculate, appointments run on time, and the front desk staff handle insurance matters efficiently. I appreciate how they don't try to sale unnecessary procedures and services. Whether you need routine care or more complex work, I can't recommend Dr. Martin and their entire team highly enough.
