If I could give a 0 star review I would. I took my daughter here when it was Barrer and White and had a phenomenal experience. Naturally when it was time for my son to get braces I didn't think twice about going back. A week before my son was set to have his braces put on I was informed the practice was sold and Dr. Martin was taking over. Dr.

Maryins treatment plan was completely different and I was not informed until my son's braces were being put on. When Dr. Martin took over the practice stopped sending monthly financial statements providing the information of what had been paid and what was still owed to the practice. Fast forward 16 months later my automatic payment was different then the regular monthly payment. I called to inquire as to why (November 2024) and was told the braces were paid in full. At the next appointment the dr informed my son that he would need braces for at least 6 more months (10 months more than the original treatment plan) when I questioned as to why Dr.

Martin accosted me yelling he would just take them off. I never asked for that I strictly wanted to know what was going on to change things so drastically. Then today I received a phone call from Pam stating there was still a balance and that insurance would be sending me a check that I had to sign over to them. She continually talked over me as I asked for a detailed statement and why there was a balance when she told me in November it was paid in full. She proceeded to hang up on me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My daughter was recommended to martins by her dentist. She just started her braces journey a few weeks ago and so far the staff is absolutely amazing. They work with your schedule and are extremely kind. They treat you more than just a patient! My daughter loves coming to her appointments.

His attention to detail and commitment to achieving the perfect smile is second to none. They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about their patients.
