This dentist office isn’t as honest or professional as they claim to be. They try to convince you to get pricy procedures you might not need. Or procedures that are temporary solutions. Instead of an actual long term solution, knowing very well in the long run, you will need to return in a few years back with the same dental issues. Just so you can pay once more for the same expensive procedure you had received in the first place. If you decide to get a second opinion out their office, trust they don’t like to be questioned about their diagnosis or procedures, even if they claim otherwise. It’s very unfortunate they seek more the financial gains of their patients, than their patients dental health.

If your as un lucky as me and other patients having been wronged by them. Talking to the “ manager” won’t do any difference. She interrupts in the middle of your explanation. Laughing at you on the phone with the other employees I might add as if you can’t hear them. Insinuating and gaslighting you into having you feel as your in the wrong. And of course defending their methods in certain procedures because it’s in their best interest financially and not their patients dental health. Once you challenge them on their ways of what’s “ best “ for your teeth.

Their manners and professionalism goes out the window. My advice, if you feel something is off with their procedures or recommendations they might suggest. Run! trust your instincts, save yourself the trouble of getting scammed like myself and god knows how many other people. If financial gain is all they are after, I feel sorry for them and may god bless them for all they’ve done.

Love this office! They treat my 4 y/o amazing. Last time Emely and Dr Lazo engaged with her during her cleaning and just in General, Dr Martinez, Dr Shah and front desk and all members are super nice, and they make patients feel comfortable and taken care of.

Had such a great experience here! The staff was super friendly and the doctor was really thorough, making sure all my concerns were addressed. I felt completely comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend.
