I was asked to leave after I told her I wasn’t comfortable sharing my social security number with her. She said she needed it to pull up my insurance but had already copied my drivers license and refused to look at my insurance card saying it was ‘useless’. I still can’t piece together the scenario in which my SSN would have pulled up my private dental insurance and why my card from the provider wasn’t sufficient. She also didn’t give me the chance to pay out of pocket and file for a reimbursement claim separately.

She just held the door open and said “you don’t feel comfortable giving me your social? That’s fine. You leave now. ” I was glad to be “kicked out” since I was already wishing I had checked the Google reviews before coming. The office is like a small apartment that looks more like a cluttered living room than a dentists office.

Cameras immediately light up when you walk in and begin recording you. I was incredibly uncomfortable but didn’t want to be rude and leave. Everything about the office and interaction felt like a scam to me.

I had the oddest experience making my appointment and received weird texts which felt very sketchy and off. Luckily my husband and I came here to see they our instincts were in fact correct. This “office” is a huge scam.

I called to ask if they are accepting new clients and what the office hours are. I was put on hold multiple times- which is perfectly ok if they were friendly and helpful. They said the office hours vary. So, I asked what the typical office hours would be — and she hung up.

It was a very awkward experience. Based on the phone customer service, I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to this practice. I’m glad I looked up reviews as well.

Wow, do I wish I read these reviews, they are all similar. I am having an impossible time finding a dentist to accept my insurance. I already suffer from medical PTSD and panic disorder. . I went to Saratoga expecting the best, and it was VERY scary!! First visit she couldn't do anything bc had anxiety, so I left and she charged my insurance for a full exam. Next visit she got 3 shots of novocaine administered, and put me so far back in the chair I felt like I was going to fall off, then she said I couldn't move my hands, feet, nose, legs, NOTHING, even if I had an itch. Then she forced a plastic stretcher piece in my mouth WAY beyond and WAY bigger than my mouth could allow.

I started freaking out, She couldn't do any procedure and had me leave. I had a full blown panic attack. This was scary for me and traumatic. I could have overreacted bc of my PTSD, which is debilitating at times. But this was very scary, very sketchy and scary.
