As I get older I realize the value in spending money where you are not just a number or herded through like cattle. Dr. Monica and her team are truly amazing. They treat you more like family than patients. It’s always a welcoming and lovely atmosphere and they go above and beyond all expectations when it comes to personalized care.

The best part about it is they are so efficient that even with the added personal touches to their care, they still get you out the door quickly while not feeling rushed. My daughter had a bit of a reaction to her treatment and I do not even have the words to express how amazing they have been. I am so thankful to have found this office for our family’s Ortho care.

Extremely uncomfortable experience here. I would not recommend you go here as a patient if you are high school age or older. Or if you’re autistic/overwhelm easily. For some reason, they have no clue how to handle that, which is very shocking to me, as they treat many children and younger patients. Don’t expect to be spoken to like an adult here.

Nearly everyone here spoke to me as if I was a child and like I had no idea of anything relating to orthodontic care. I know it’s their job to explain the steps of the procedure, and I appreciate them taking the time to do so, however I repeatedly told multiple orthodontists that I’ve had braces for years and everything in-between. There is no reason they should explain to me what a check retractor is after hearing me say that. I have never in my life cried at dental or orthodontist appointments until I came here. Staff made me feel stupid and I had zero desire to socialize, ask questions, or advocate for myself.

I felt scared and ignored while I was here. I am autistic, so I really benefit from reassurance and I might need to take breaks often because of sensory issues. I had none of that here. Overall, most of the workers here have a very serious and not very caring demeanor, that lead me to feel scared, overwhelmed, and in pain. If you come here for regular cleaning or for small procedures, you could be ok, but this place probably wouldn’t give your child a very positive experience, especially if they are getting braces or are planning on getting them later

Upon arriving at the office I felt immediately happy with the colorful window decor. The staff is absolutely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything to you until you understand the situation. The Doctor is wonderful as is her assistant. I actually look forward now to bringing my child there for his treatments. The office is immaculate and beautiful.

I can’t express what a great experience today was. If you could give them a 10 star I definitely would. Amazing and professional !! No need to look any further. This is THE best orthodontist.
