This is the only dentist I know of where all of the staff are always in a good mood. I've been going to Dr Rafie for over three years now and he and the rest of the staff are always in a good mood and always make time to answer any questions. Dr Rafie can seem a bit rushed, but if you ask him questions he will always take time to answer them fully.

He is also a bit more expensive than other dentists, but he is definitely worth the extra cash considering his skill level and manner.

Dr. Rafie is a great dentist. He is very professional, kind, and a gentle dentist. He has fixed several crowns that other dentists had done. You can't even tell I have 3 crowns. They look great! The staff is nice and professional too.

Dr. Rafie is a competent, efficient, and knowledgable dentist. Most of the staff is kind and considerate. However, it should be a priority to ensure the patient is fully aware of any costs for spontaneous procedures.

Nobody should go to a routine cleaning and with no warning leave with a $350 bill, after insurance. This is not only an indication of the unfortunate trend in insurance coverage, but also of unsympathetic staff. I find it unacceptable to simply shrug at a $200 cost for a 10 minute filling. Make sure you get a price quote for every single procedure done in this office!
