Had an exposed nerve and horrible infection called multiple dentists in MULTIPLE STATES no one could get me in until AUGUST mind you my entire face had ballooned overnight.

Dr Clemente got me in within TWO HOURS of my call had me in and out and even POLISHED MY TEETH(At no extra charge) in less than an hour! Staff was amazing made me feel comfortable and at ease in a stressful situation 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

I called Dr. Clemente’s office when I lost a filling. He got me right in. I had just had heart surgery within the last 6 weeks and he got the clearance necessary from my cardiologist to repair my tooth. Within an hour my tooth was fixed and I was on my way home.

His expertise and professionalism made me comfortable with the work he had done. I highly recommend Dr. Clemente for all your dental needs.

In response to the response It was not a same day appointment yet was charged extra as stated on the bill same day appointment 200 extra for same day As well as when I tried to address the issue was told that you were much too busy to assist which is why I waited till my follow up to address.

And then told I should be charged extra for contesting It was a tooth extraction Not even impacted … 700 dollars is absolutely outrageous Terrible terrible business practice! Patients beware! Dentist not only has a horrible attitude but also adds on money with no notice! No quotes provided with customers ahead of time nor any mention of next day charges!!!! An extra 200 dollars added on to a bill for a next day service which was labeled same day! No notice on extra charge just added to the bill! Even when making the appointment there was no mention to an extra charge.

Dentist even called to move appointment up! When presented to the doctor to rectify his response is that he should charge more since I was wasting his time! Sounds like he needs to retire if he has to sneak charges in on patients! Very very poor business practice Do yourself a favor and find another dentist as you never know what you will be charged

A few years ago, I changed Dentist and started seeing Dr Katy. I had my jaw wire shot so my front teeth had marks up on the top close to the gum line. It was a little yellow. I had another doctor filling it in, every four months it kept going yellow again and I had to pay $500 more to have it redone. When I saw Dr Katy she filled it in with something that changed color to match your teeth.

That was years ago and I have never had to have it redone yet! This time I went to see Dr Katy I broke my front tooth. She had the same day crown and I was a little skeptical. I was very nervous going in there as I always when going to the dentist. But this time I have to say was fantastic. She had my crown done within an hour and a half and it looks beautiful.

It looks just like my tooth and feels just like my tooth and what a nice job she did. Dr Katy is the best if anybody needs a dentist I highly recommend her and also Melissa made me feel so comfortable. I have to give her a shout out also thank you both very much!!
