I had my first appointment the other day and the team at McCormack were so nice! It wasn't a traditional first appointment, it was a filling that had fallen out. They were still so kind and comforting during the whole appointment. I have never really liked the dentist but they really made me feel comfortable and took great care of me!

Wouldn’t recommend going here. They rescheduled my daughter’s teeth cleaning twice because the Dentist wasn’t in the office that day. I called back to reschedule and they told me they didn’t have anything earlier than 4 months out! When I called them out for canceling on me I didn’t get a single apology or effort to fit us in.

The lady on the phone could have cared less lol so crazy of them!! They also tried to push me on multiple costly procedures like fixing a chipped tooth, getting Invisalign etc. basically telling me my teeth looked bad? Very strange place and weird vibes

Ok, real talk. Before I came here, i hadn't been to the dentist in at least a decade (no insurance, didn't have any major issues, etc). There was absolutely no shame from any of the staff, and I felt comfortable immediately. Now I'm going there for my biannual cleanings like a real adult! I can't say enough good things about the front desk staff, hygienists, and Dr. Heron. I've found them to be thorough and professional (but not in a stuffy way).

I feel amazing after my cleanings- they really do a great job. At my first appointment, they filled a small cavity that they'd found on my x-rays. They were able to just do it while I was there. It went smoothly, and Dr Heron made sure I was ok and not in any pain. Haven't had any issues with it since. Contrary to some of the negative reviews, in my experience, the staff have been completely transparent about what's covered by my insurance.

They've gone over my treatment plans with me in detail and made sure I understood everything. No superfluous procedures were recommended, and I could choose how to proceed, fully informed. Also worth noting that this office feels safe and affirming for me as a queer, trans person. The restroom is gender neutral.

Worst dental office I’ve ever been to. I made an appointment for a cleaning but instead they did X-rays and said I had cavities and needed an implant where I had had a tooth removed several years ago due to a broken root. I ended up canceling the second appointment I had scheduled for the cleaning because I just couldn’t talk myself into going back and they sent me a bill for the canceled appointment. My takeaway from my appointment is they’re greedy for money and because they take Medicaid, they make sure their patients need additional work besides cleanings.

I went to a different practice after this one and was told I didn’t have cavities. Furthermore, the older lady at the front desk is just rude for no reason. I don’t know how they stay in business. I wouldn’t have left this negative review if they didn’t keep sending me messages to leave a review.

I usually only leave positive reviews. Nonetheless, this was my experience. I hope you have a better one if you choose to go here.
