Very nice and friendly staff. The doctors are amazing and they know what they're doing.

I drove past this place for several years. It has absolutely no curb appeal. It looks like an old run down unkept office building with weeds growing. It has a nasty door with a worn out welcome mat. I finally gave it a try because the location was so convenient for me. The inside looks much better than the outside. It has a light old and mildew smell in the lobby. I'm always greeted when walking in which is appreciated.

It's clean in exam rooms and bathrooms. Susan the hygienist is the best. She is always pleasant and professional. I don't like they don't have a consistent dentist in place. It's always a someone different doing dental work or the exams. Their equipment is dated. Some of the staff depending on which one can be a little rude, dry and/or ghetto. Don't try complaining because you will feel as if you talking to a wall.

They should seroiusly spend a few dollars fixing up the exterior of this place and investing in better equipment. Overall it's okay. I don't think they care about patient retention. If you ever get to meet the dentist that owns the place she is nice. If it wasn't for the convenience, I would more than likely seek a better overall dental office.

I scheduled an appointment with this office the beginning of November and confirmed it by text in the middle of November. Three (3) weeks later I’m called and told that the Dr can’t make it and we need to meet earlier. I agreed to an earlier day that same week and was then told insurance needed to be verified by the person I was on the phone with (apparently the browned haired receptionist pictured is named Jeanie 🤷🏿‍♂️). I explained that my insurance at work had just changed and the card was still in the envelope at home. I was asked to call back later that day or I could be called back the following day to continue the appointment change and insurance verification. I specifically requested a call back knowing I would be busy throughout the day and it may slip my mind especially if I end up with a client for several hours in one sitting. I work 10-12 hours per day during the day 6 days a week in sales/finance and 5-8 hours at night 4-5 nights a week as a DJ. I rarely have time to schedule sleep, much yet call backs to offices I’m requesting services from. I received another text asking me to fill out reg. forms. When I clicked the link, it asked for my name and the date of my appointment. At first, I put in the newly rescheduled date… the system didn’t recognize me.

Then I put in the original date of 12/22/2021 and success. This led me to believe my original appointment stood. When I called this morning, which is my original appointment date, to clarify if I still needed to bring anything or fill anything else out, I was told I missed my Monday appointment. When I tried to explain what happened “Jeanie” got defensive and rushed the call, stating repeatedly that I had agreed to call her back and it was my fault the appointment was missed. I again tried to explain and she stated that the call quality was becoming poor (all of a sudden 🤔…). In the middle of her offering me another appointment at the end of January, I took a moment to consider setting the January appointment, but still searching for another dentist because, even if I did agree to call you back, if I didn’t call you and you didn’t reach out to me again before the appointment, the day of, or even after the appointment was “missed”, then you don’t value you me as a patient or you’re already too busy and while I can appreciate the fact that the office may be short staffed it doesn’t take a big staff to be courteous and display some type of follow up ability… unless you’ve reached capacity and that sounded like I would’ve received less than excellent customer service by default. “Jeanie” took her opportunity to end a conversation she was clearly uninterested in having by hanging up the phone without warning. I assumed the line disconnected and called back immediately… voicemail. Called again… voicemail. I called a 3rd time… straight to vm. I decided to go down to the office to take a picture of the shining example of customer service that “Jeanie” had been thus far 🤦🏿‍♂️… I arrived and asked who answered the phones. Jeanie replied “Me and Kenyatta…”.

I asked to whom was I speaking with an hour ago and she asked me my name. When I told her, she replied that it was her and started to explain that the phone cut off when she took another call. I asked why she didn’t call me back and another employee responded that the office is short staffed. I asked why it would still take almost an hour to call me back and why neither of my three calls were answered or returned themselves. At this point, the employe that responded about staffing earlier started becoming irate asking me what was the point I was getting to. Stating “Do you want another appointment or not. . ?” When I said I was not talking to her she exclaimed “it doesn’t matter, that’s my coworker and you talking to her. ” I turned to address her and she moved to close the door on me and physically struck me with it as I threw my arm up to stop her closing it on me entirely. This is how a dentist’s office that I received help from 15 years ago treats a patient today. I left in anger and with sincere elbow pain.

My experience has not been great with this company and its sad because i exhibited a great amount of patience but I’m only met with inconvenience, pain, and a waste of funds. I got fill ins on October 21st and since then I’ve gotten FIVE! readjustments/appointments since then for the same tooth. Every time I went I was met with a “I don't know what could be wrong. ” “Come back if you’re having issues. ” “I’ll give you a call for a follow up. ” Things I should NOT be hearing from my dentist, because YOU did the work. I never received the call back.

They never found out what was going on from all 5 appointments. I had an appointment with the actual doctor of the establishment but I could not attend as I had to work. I already missed work, TWICE, for them before. So what? Another doctor can tell me they don’t know whats wrong with their work on MY tooth? I’m done going out of my way for a company that hasn’t shown an ounce of empathy for the pain I go through on a day to day basis. I dislike that I am not given solutions but just more inconveniences. Have your doctor work on a day that I have off. Offer me a refund for pain I never had prior to coming here.

ANYTHING other than what I’ve experienced. They’re so chill and laid back about problems they never have to experience in their everyday life. I now have to go to a specialist for pain I did not give myself. Extremely unprofessional. Think twice before coming here.
