I was in excruciating pain from a broken tooth. Other dentist told me they couldn't handle the extraction and referred me to an oral surgeon. As I searched for one, a friend reached out to Dr. McDonald, explained my situation, and asked if he could see me. Skeptical but desperate, I decided to give him a try, fully expecting him to examine me and say he couldn't proceed. Through tears of pain, I arrived at his office, where Dr. McDonald and his hygienist, Frances, immediately helped me feel relaxed and comfortable. They communicated every step with care, ensuring I felt respected and at ease.

I walked out not only free from my from my painful tooth but also from any doubts about Dr. McDonald's expertise. You see, Dr. E. D. McDonald may not wear a cape, but he is nothing short of a SUPERHERO.

Dr. McDonald was able to access my situation and talk to me about future health & saving my remaining teeth. He spoke about dentures, bridges & I think Implants may not be an option for me right now (if I was working maybe) but we did speak about them. The office was very clean, relaxed and inviting.

The ambient music eased my anxiety along with Dr and his assistant Francis. I left feeling better even with major swelling because I was hopeful and I hadn’t even picked up my prescription. I can’t wait to get back for the procedures to start and that’s coming from someone scared to come to dentist. Lol 😊

This is a very nice dentistry they are very small and makes you feel like family… they did a great job I chipped my tooth and they fixed it. . I didn’t want to break the bank or didn’t want to get a fill in cause it as my front tooth so he ended shaving it a little not even noticeable anymore so it save me lots of money and a great same smile.

This Dentist is great the pain was so minimal that I was amazed. There knowledge of options they explained to me was very important to my future teeth health. I recommend this Dentist and staff for your any dental needs. The office is very pleasant professional, maintained, clean, and their hospitality is excellent.

I’m so egged to get to all the procedures dealing with my dental when I was afraid and nervous before. Thank you to the team of care experts for making my appointments a wonderful experience.
