I hate having to go to the dentist for anything. I absolutely had to due to needing to take care of some issues. Thime staff and dentists here made it an absolute pleasure. Super friendly, answered all my questions, and made sure to clearly explain what I would pay that day BEFORE my appointment. I don't want to go again lol, but when I do I'm okay with it being at this office!

Dr. Sayles may be an awesome doctor. He was fast and efficient pulling my tooth. His bedside manner was poor. I would half recommend this practice to anyone who needs an oral surgeon. But this particular dentist didn't put me at ease. The procedure took no time at all.
I was expecting the worst but it was faster than I expected. The support staff is awesome. I don't know the title of the ladies. But they were the best. They explained in great detail what to do after my tooth was pulled. They were professional.

Amazing experience having my wisdom teeth removed. At 35 years old, this was my first major medical procedure and I was beyond anxious, the nurses/dental assistants were phenomenal at calming my nerves as well as the doctor who had all 5 (I had an extra) of my wisdom teeth out in 10 minutes flat.
Idk he’s name, he spoke very fast, but doc was top notch at what he did. Thank you for the best care orally I think I could’ve found in western mass!! Appreciate every single one of you in the office!!

I am in the process of getting a dental implant placed here and so far it’s been as good of an experience as it can be considering the circumstances. The front desk staff is so friendly, the dental assistants who help the providers are very reassuring and kind, Dr. Sayles has been honest and upfront throughout the process, he’s very knowledgeable and I appreciate when he takes the time to explain what’s going on during the consultation and clear up any confusion.
The only thing is I wish they did payment plans rather than encouraging you to open a care credit account. But the actual care provided is amazing.
