I have been a patient for many years. I personally have never had a problem so I thought I would also take my kids there. Today was thier first appointment. While my eldest child was treated great, I can't say the same for my younger one. The hygienist he had was extremely rude saying how smelly and gross his teeth were and he probably hasn't brushed in 6 months (he has 1 cavity).

She said all this TO him. HES 12!!! I understand kids not having the best oral health but please save your judgments for private. This is why people are scared to seek treatment. They are afraid they will be looked down upon and sure enough, my son was today.

BRING YOUR KIDS AT YOUR OWN RISK. I brought my 6 year old girl to an appointment for a filling on an adult tooth which is painful. They wouldn’t let a PARENT in the room with her. A scared 6 year old little girl and she’s not allowed any comfort from an adult. SHAME on this establishment. Find a family oriented place that is nice to its patients.

This isn’t it I PROMISE you. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. They responded saying that they were going to sedate my child too. They NEVER told me anything. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

My children go to Meadow Dental. I absolutely LOVE ALL of the staff! They take very good care of both of my children. Dr. McDonough (sorry if it's misspelled) is very kind and caring, he's great with kids.

But I also never made it a huge deal about going to the dentist. I didn't make it a scary thing. I actually love going to the dentist! If there's an issue EX: water main break, Amber calls all of the patients for that day explains the situation and reschedules. We were actually there yesterday 4/1/25 and I was sitting in the waiting room thinking to myself "I'm so glad my children come here, I just love everyone that works here!" We normally, I don't think ever wait very long either! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five Stars!
