So I was just looking to get some work done and really didn't do no research but I'm extremely happy I chose this office! From the moment I walk in the staff was friendly and the receptionist guess it was me since he hasn't seen my face( which made me feel welcome). You can feel the positivity in the air. The wait was extremely short and Dr. Meadows blew me away! He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice! I never had a dentist to break down what's going on. He went in details even drew pictures to make sure I fully understand, I left feeling good I know exactly what my next step and pay would be on next visit. I didn't just feel like a number and he playing rotation to the rooms.

I look forward to going back and would highly recommend Dr. Meadows office. Trust me it's worth it. . .

My initial visit began services with X-rays and a cleaning. Findings concluded I needed to replace my lower fixed bridge. Upon approval of services with my insurance and out of pocket expenses of $2,153. 00, bridgework began on Wednesday, the 21st of August 2024. I received my temporary bridge and was given instructions to avoid sticky foods and chew on the opposite side. That same evening, eating soup and baked potato, the bridge fell out. Thursday, the 22nd, I called and spoke with Adam. He advised me he would inform the doctor of my issue and call me back. I did not hear from the office until the front desk receptionist Kathy called and left a vm at 4:03 pm stating "We had you on the schedule a little bit before 4:00 pm today. She wanted to know if "I was on my way. " At 4:08 pm, Kathy called again and left a vm stating "We probably need to set you up for an appointment on Tuesday afternoon at 3:20 pm since we are getting ready to close. " This was my first time hearing an appointment had been reserved for me. I immediately called the dentist office but no answer. I proceeded to check my messages and saw two text messages from the office. One at 4:08 pm and the other at 4:10 pm. It was a pre-drafted message stating "Sorry we missed your call. . . etc. I responded I was calling to confirm the appointment for Tuesday. On Tuesday, the 27th of August, I arrived for my scheduled appointment. I informed Dr. Meadows that I wasn't feeling confident in his services. The temporary should not have come off while eating soft foods.

He said "These things can happen. " and shrugged his shoulders. I explained I had my current bridge work done by the same dentist for 35 years with no complications. Furthermore. . . I have never had a dental assistant (Dora?) not clean out my mouth after taking plaster impressions. Even after I told her I still had "stuff" in my mouth. I asked the doctor if she was in training, but no comment from Dr. Meadows. Dr. Meadows paused and commented I should not have had any issues with excess plaster in my mouth. And definitely shouldn't need to floss He asked me what I wanted to do. The audacity to put everything back on me. Not one time did Dr. Meadows apologize for my experience and commit to making things right. At this point, Dr. Meadows expression was sour. He stated he "Didn't feel like we would have a good relationship. " I tried to deescalate the situation. I stated it was his assistant that I was most unhappy with. He asked me to communicate with him better so he could fix things before I leave. I shook my head in agreement. Dr.

Meadows proceeded to re-cement my bridge himself. Note; he did change the type of cement. Unfortunately, that evening my tongue played with a rough area on the bridge and it popped right off. Wednesday, the 28th of August, I contacted the office via text at 8:47 am to let them know the bridge had come loose again. I didn't hear back at all that day. In the interim, I contacted my insurance provider to file a complaint regarding the medical care I was receiving and lack of empathy on behalf of the doctor. At 9:52 am, I texted the office to ask if it was imperative that I wear the bridge. Shortly after, I received a call from Kathy stating I needed to wear the bridge to avoid decay. An appointment was scheduled for 2:30 pm that afternoon. I arrived for my appointment and was escorted into an exam room. Dr. Meadows re-cemented my bridge. Later that day, I was chewing on my tuna salad and the bridge popped up again. Thursday, the 29th of August, I texted the dentist office at 2:55 pm to inform them of my bridge coming off again. No response. Friday the 30th of August, I called at 11:17 am. I made three attempts to contact someone. No success. I received the same text as before, the office was busy etc. At 11:20 am, I responded to the text my bridge had come loose again. I am out of characters on this post, but more to come. I am unable to switch doctors during course of treatment without losing thousands of dollars my insurance company already paid out.

This deposition was finalized from August 10, 2023…. I lost that tooth because of Dr. Meadows and will have to get an implant which is very expensive because of him. To add insult onto injury they had the audacity to short me 140. 00 of the 700. 00 refund. and said that they forgot to charge me the correct amount for my cleaning because their system was down. However, their system was working that day and I made a payment! ….

They did not care and they rushed me out of there during this whole experience! Dr. Meadows charged me for a post in which he never placed in my tooth (read the deposition in the photos I posted). . might of fact he didn’t even tell me I needed one until he had my tooth drilled open. He walked away from me and Said nothing with my mouth wide open and a lady walked up to me with my mouth drilled open and said you have to pay for a post will you be able to do so. WHILE MY TOOTH WAS DRILLED OPEN…he did not properly assess my mouth prior to working on my mouth before telling me this. It was like I was forced to make a decision because my tooth was already drilled open and we were in the middle of the procedure …and then he didn’t even put one in there Per the deposition but yet he charged me for it! They treated me like CRAP during the process. As if I did something wrong when all I did was come there for medical dental services.

I am mentally and physically traumatized. I have to go to therapy because It has been so traumatic. I tremble a lot when I have my current dentist do dental work on me because of what I went through with Dr. Meadows. Spent my hard earned money and trusted them with my HEALTH…. . below is the deposition…I cut the top part out due to my personal info being displayed signed Kristina Jones
