My family of four were patients of Meadows Dental Care for over 3 years. While most of the staff, especially Monica were kind and knowledgeable, I found Dr. Yudkowsky to be arrogant and cold. He spends very little time with patients, so it never bothered me until I needed a crown and cavity replacement. The work seemed pricey, even after insurance, but I paid the balance after my visit and moved on.

The work on my cavity felt worse than it did prior to the “repair” and when I went back in he had to take x-rays to decide how to adjust. It still irritates me, but it felt a little better afterwards. About a month later I received an invoice for the x-rays that had to be taken for his unsatisfactory work. I told the billing department that I would not be paying for images that needed to be taken because his initial work left me with discomfort. Meadows refused to take responsibility and told me I would need to pay these fees.

Fees that would not exist if the initial care had been done properly. Today we parted ways with Meadows Dental Care because they prioritize $25 over customer satisfaction and care.

Dr. Yudkowsky was very pleasant to deal with. He was clear and transparent as well as having a clean balance between perspective and recommendations for treatment. His staff is kind and very helpful and I suggest trying this practice for any dental needs

This was my 1st appointment and it has been by far the best experience from start to finish. The person on the phone was amazing and was able to give me an appointment right away, the receptionist greeted me with a warm welcome and the doctor and assistant explained everything in detail just as well as confront me during the time of me having to process everything. Again best experience ever

I love going to my dentist office specifically for doing teeth cleaning. Monica is just the best hygienist I had ever. Thank you Monica. I missed Frank but he is not there anymore. He was an awesome assistant to Monica.
