I recently visited Media Dental Associates, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable, making me feel at ease right away. Dr. Tran took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.

I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how her and her assistant Dayjanea made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I also really appreciated her treatment coordinator who sits at the front desk, Mackenzie who went over all of my insurance and cost questions. I highly recommend Media Dental Associates to anyone looking for a professional and caring dental team. It's clear that patient care is their top priority!

I had an amazing experience at Media Dental Associates! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and professional. The Drs. were very kind the entire time and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. I felt well taken care of throughout the visit.

The hygienists were gentle and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. The assistants were wonderful we had great conversations and the administrative team was quick and efficient with handling my appointment and insurance details. Overall, the office was great. I'll definitely be returning for all my future dental needs!

I had a wonderful experience with Jenny K, Dr Watson, and Jonathan. Jenny K took care of me most of my visit and was so warm, welcoming, and sweet. She takes her time, is thorough, and her great positive attitude is contagious. Dr Watson is as well very kind and uplifting and will put you at ease.

Jonathan who then handled my billing was so kind and positive as well. All three just put a smile on my face and make going to the dentist such a positive experience.
