While our experience with the dental staff, including Dr. Stowers was nothing short of perfect, unfortunately our story did not end well. Prior to making our first appointments for our children, I called the office to confirm that they accepted our dental insurance. After providing all of my information, I was told that my insurance was accepted.

After their first appointments, our children required follow up visits and treatments, and we were encouraged to book the next day for these services. After a few days worth of treatments were done, I was contacted by the office staff and told that, as it turns out, they did not in fact accept my specific plan, despite checking the details of our plan days prior. I was shocked when I learned I now owed several hundred dollars. When I explained the situation and what I was told, I was offered an apology and a payment plan, but no break in the price owed.

I would have never gone to a health provider if they did not accept the insurance that already costs so much in the first place. I am deeply bothered that this mistake occurred, and strongly encourage any future patrons to do their due diligence before visiting.

Our experience with Dr. Stowers Pediatric Dentistry team for our toddler’s first dental visit (14 months) was amazing. From the second we walked in we were greeted with warm smiles in an inviting atmosphere that put me and my son at ease, which I appreciated as a parent so much! My son was treated with genuine care and compassion by all he encountered (front desk staff, hygienists, and Dr. Zach) as if he was their own child.

Special mention to our hygienist Danielle who went above and beyond for us! The team here was kind, knowledgeable and highly trained to make my son’s experience as enjoyable as they could. My son, and other patients we saw during our time there, were all smiles and I think that really speaks for itself. It doesn't get better than Dr. Stowers team!

This dentist office is staffed with the most kid friendly and loving adults! They take the time to make sure the kids are at ease and go the extra step to find their favorite color or item even if your child already loves the dentist and is a generally great patient. Dr. Zak and Dr. Megan are both great and every hygienist and assistant are incredibly kind and skilled.

If dentist office staff took child care/teacher classes, this is what you would get. A staff that truly cares.

My son would not sit in the chair the first time he went in. The whole visit he’s fighting us to participate. Even though we got nothing done I’ve never seen a more patient practitioner and professional dental staff. He was able to get the cavity filled after coming back and everything went smoothly.

They were calm, explained everything without too much detail, and it was successful! We cannot thank Dr. Zach & his staff for their attentiveness to our needs.
