We had such a wonderful experience at this office! I expected my daughter to be afraid of the chair, but the hygienists and Dr Melissa made the environment not only pleasant, but fun! The employees were so gentle and attentive to my daughter's needs and made sure that she was excited to come back. I will be bringing my son here when he's finally a year! We love Dr Padgett and team!!

My kids have been going to Dr. Padgett for several years and they have been amazing. Dr. Padgett, Dr. Browne, the hygienists, and staff all took extra time to make our kids feel safe and fully understand procedures. Our kids were able to select their own rooms for cleaning (Ohio State and Star Wars) to be more comfortable and the staff routinely stopped to make sure they were okay.

The x-ray process was seamless and they talked through the results with the kids and us as parents. One of my boys required dental surgery for adult teeth that were not coming in properly and not only did Dr. Browne give her recommendation, Dr. Padgett also reviewed all options with us. After surgery, the weekend on-call staff called to make sure my son was okay and offered solutions to ease pain and discomfort. We were told to call anytime with questions.

My kids never complain about going to Dr. Padgett and as parents feel very well taken care of. All our questions were answered on billing, insurance, procedures, and follow up care. I wouldn’t recommend any other dentist.

My family has always had a wonderful experience at Dr. Padgett’s office! We have visited this practice for many years. The office staff are always friendly and the waiting room is very clean and full of things to do. The dental hygienists have consistently been extremely friendly, outgoing, and comforting throughout the entirety of the visits. Dr.

Padgett strives to get to know her patients and put them at ease as she is working to develop a relationship with her patients. Everything is always extremely clean and professional. Because of the wonderful qualities of this practice, I would highly recommend Dr. Padgett’s office for any pediatric dental needs!

The Bad: Told us my daughter didn't need X-rays. Turns out she had four cavities that began causing her pain a few months later. Could have been treated non-surgically but now she has to have surgery to fix the issues and have two teeth pulled. Told us they were in network with out insurance when I made the appointment. Turned out they weren't & I got charged $300. Now I'm on the hook for dental surgery that could have been avoided AND by 5-yo has to have a multi hour surgery.

Terrifying. The Good: Got us in on time. Were polite & wonderful handling our kids. Won't be going back. Can't risk them missing more cavities or other issues.
