Dr. Gaitonde is great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Always takes his time in the room, I've never felt rushed or embarrassed to ask him anything. Also great friendly staff upfront too, never a long wait from signing in to getting out and on my way.

Update: Dr. Akbari is not personable nor did she look at my records before my visit. I have 20+ years of records at this exact facility and she had no idea of my history. Memorial Healthcare, this should be a red flag. This is outrageous. She based my hip medical decision on how I was walking into the room before my appointment and not on any examination in the room or x-rays. Absolutely horrific and terrifying that any doctor would operate like that.

My advice, do not go to this clinic, and if you have to, do not go to Dr. Akbari. Horrific scheduling. Don’t dare trying to move your appointment or you will have to wait 3-6 months. Staff are kind. I go here because it’s what I’ve always done, but would not go otherwise.

I seen all these bad reviews and I was skeptical, but these doctors are great here. I am so thankful that I chose to go here. They really helped guide me in the right direction. Thank you guys so much. The nurse was wonderful and the doctors thank you. I’ve never had a doctor help guide me this much. Thank you.

Warning: Deceptive and predatory billing practices! I went to urgent care there and saw a (doctor/PA?) and received an injection for an allergic skin reaction. The visit actually seemed good. I was in and out in probably 30 minutes. Leaving the appointment room, the receptionist at the desk told me the total price for my visit, and told me that they give a new patient discount, a discount for not having insurance and another discount if I pay in full today.

She gave me the total and I gladly paid in full what seemed reasonable for a visit and injection. I left satisfied and would have come back in the future. Two weeks later I got a bill for a remaining balance which was as much as I had already paid. Calling their billing number, I was informed that the price I was given was just an estimate and this was the amount that I owed! I will never recommend or use any Memorial Healthcare facility again!
