At first. . . I liked this place. The office is pretty. But I noticed weird things. Like dirt under the dentist nails a while back, no gloves. Professionals on their cells, with gloves (germs.

. . no?). Then I more recently a few things with attitude and lax behavior from professionals and some of the reception staff. Definitely not everyone, some are really nice (like any place), but I have seen a shift in overall experience at this place. I hope it improves again. It's such a convenient location.

I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional facility. They unfairly pass their issues onto customers. They canceled my appointment because an assistant called out, even though a full team of doctors was available and couldn’t perform a simple cleaning. It’s no surprise the community rates them 3.2. They need to hire better and improve their management.

I do not like to give bad reviews or comments, but unfortunately, this needs to be addressed. First of all, I am very disappointed with how the office does not confirm your appointment, and they pressure you if you have any past due balances before seeing the dentist. I was not aware of any past due payments. Also,I was two blocks away from the office and the billing department. lady stated that I owe a balance to be paid.

Where I live, It took me an hour to drive to the location. Furthermore, they nickel and dime if you need additional adjustments for your tooth. Especially when I was a lot of pain and the dentist did not even give you an X-ray update. This was wrong, and I can tell they were in a rush to leave! I have never experienced a dental appointment when you arrive at the location, and you need to pay a partial payment . The staff employees are rude and pressure you to make a payment right away.

This is not how you treat your customers and unprofessionally. I have been coming here for the last five years. I highly do not recommend coming here and especially how it was performed!

The office staff are rude and not helpful. Wouldn’t see us even though our apt was never canceled and THEY SENT A CONFIRMATION DAY BEFORE! Horrible experience for a new patient ! Don’t even bother unless you want to deal with staff that do not care about the patient ! The dentist should look to hire competent people!
