Coutts is very professional, engaging, offers a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares for the patients best interest. I used to put off going to the dentist but now look forward to my visits! Can't recommend them enough!

I've had extensive, complicated dental work done at Merrified Family Dentistry in the year since late 2022 and 2023. The work is excellent and patient care just as good. My wife and daughter have also switched to this office. We trust the practice completely.

I don't know anyone that likes going to the dentist but going here will change your mind. Been going here for awhile and have never had a bad experience. Front office is friendly and makes sure you're informed of every possible charge. Dental techs are amazing at their job and constantly make sure you aren't experiencing any discomfort.

The doc is fabulous. Lays everything out for you so you can make an informed decision without any pressure. If you're looking for a new dentist give this place a shot. An added bonus is parking is plentiful and free!

The worst experience ever. I tried to do Invisalign treatment in 2023 but after a month I got pregnant and had a very difficult pregnancy with HG and was recommended bed rest. I informed the doctor and front desk they told me not to worry. I came back after my pregnancy to start the treatment but the doctor was leaving and I was moved to other doctor as the hours wouldn’t match. The front desk lady Madison was so rude and demanded me to pay the outstanding amount and said they won’t give me the alligners. I have always made payment on time. I asked for clarification to make sure the amount we agreed will be the final amount and asked her to send me an email. She talked to to owner and sent me an email with an exception that they will charge for refinements.

As she was writing the email to save the time I asked her is it ok if I get the alligners and see the doctor till then to save time as I have 6 month baby who’s sick at home and crying. She refused to do so. Instead she said she’s not sure whether I’ll make the payment or not. I don’t understand what did o do to warrant this treatment. I asked her if I can speak to the owner. She went ahead and called them and lied about me yelling at her. This kind of treat is very disrespectful and very disappointed. I’m already stressed for my baby girl who’s sick and crying at home.

And instead of being considerate this is what I’m subjected to. On the start of the treatment it was never told that I have to pay extra for the refinements. I agreed to make the payment but this is the way I’m treated. I feel this is deceiving and wrongful practice on top of the front desk person Madison treating me as if I’ll run away the with aligners without paying. She went ahead and said she doesn’t know whether I’ll runaway or not.
