Made an appointment for my mother inlaw on a Monday which is her only day off. We went to the appointment, front desk receptionists were nice. However, my my mother inlaw doesn't speak English I was there to interpret for her. The Dr. However did the exam and went over the x-rays. I must say I was very disappointed in the service she received. I say this because I have over 20 years experience of knowledge in the dental dental field. To say the least, my mother inlaw was sent home with out a treatment plan, which is not standard practice. She was charged 59$ for an exam & x-rays. The Dr.

stated she was going to "call" back wirh a treatment plan with prices. Today is Thursday. . . . no call back from for the dental office. We will NOT be going back!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Nor recommendating anyone to go there. Very disappointing.

This is a fake dentristy. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The first time I went here will 100% be my last. The office smelled of stale food. The hygienist did not know how to take X-rays; took her 45 mins to do them correctly. The dentist came in and tried telling me I had cavities in all of my teeth. I have had proper dental care my entire life so I know this is impossible.

He was so unprofessional and condescending. They tried charging me $1300 for these cavities. I immediately left and highly do NOT recommend this completely asinine establishment. A year later, without any additional appointments, I chose a different dentistry, and I had ZERO cavities. Further proving how completely unacceptable and unqualified Metro Dental is.
