I started coming to this office as it is less than a mile from my workplace, but also because of the high average review rating. From the start I have been impressed by the professionalism of every staff person at this site, and have returned several times specifically because I know I can get respectful, efficient dental care here. Dr. Hamid has been very polite every time I've seen her, and I have never felt pushed to pay for extra services I didn't need; in fact, they were very understanding when I explained that my financial situation means I couldn't easily afford to cover the necessary procedures (a few cavities and cavities-to-be which need addressing, plus tooth grinding that's getting worse), and helped me understand my options.

They have also never shamed me or belittled me for the difficulties I have in dental care (an overactive gag reflex and clinical anxiety, plus, I'll be honest, subpar home care), but instead have worked with me and made sure I knew what they could do to try and mitigate these factors, and even offered in a worst case scenario to refer me to a trusted sedation dentist. On the whole I am more than happy to give the Chanhassen Metro Dentalcare 5/5 stars. So much so that even though I am changing jobs next year and will be no longer close to this location, I have every intention of continuing to return - the extra 20 minutes of driving is well worth it to me knowing the excellent service I'll receive. Thank you sincerely to the wonderful staff who go out of their way to make this vital service as painless as possible.

It means the world to me as someone who has a lot of bad experiences in dentists' offices that has kept me from getting adequate care for much of my adult life. I can't speak highly enough of you all.

Snickers 2010

I really like the new dentist. She is professional, knowledgeable, and gets things done without seeming to hurry. I also like her pleasant manner and that she laughs and smiles a lot. I really liked the dental hygienist. She was patient and kind and didn’t talk too much. I absolutely love the cleaned out end room with the windows! Good for the dental hygienist for making that happen. I hope the staff stays awhile. I’ve come to this office for many years and seen so many people come and go - I don’t know why but it does worry me.

I notice that there wasn’t music today. I liked that very much. You can’t go anywhere today without music or noise. Constant stimulation is tiring. Even pumping gas is accompanied by music and ads. 😞 I vote for a music free setting. Thank you.
