I wish I could rate this place zero stars, but unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow it. I booked an appointment on August 12 for a consultation scheduled over a month later, on September 19. To my shock and frustration, just one day before the appointment, I was informed that my insurance wasn’t accepted. This, despite the fact that I had double-checked with both my insurance provider and the person I spoke to at the office when booking. How does such a glaring oversight happen after an entire month of waiting? This is a prime example of unprofessionalism.

The office should have requested all relevant insurance details at the time of booking, not the day before. Instead, I wasted weeks anticipating an appointment that was never going to happen. What’s even more infuriating is the office’s complete lack of accountability or urgency in addressing the situation. My calls and messages, sent right before they closed, were ignored. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the inconvenience they caused.

This isn’t just frustrating—it’s utterly disappointing. The lack of care, communication, and responsibility is shocking for a place that deals with patient care.

They truly cared about my teeth and I was provided a thorough cleaning, X-rays, and suggestions following. I hadn't been to the dentist in about 7 years. Exceptional care and knowledge.

TLDR: Save yourself a headache and time and just go somewhere else that will respect you and your time and not cancel your appointments on you multiple times and have the absolute worst communication. I'll give 2 stars because the one time I was here, all the staff were friendly and getting my teeth cleaned was easy, no complaints there. That being said, the scheduling here is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, twice in a row (which is why I'm now writing this review) I've had my appointment canceled on me and been notified via text. First time over a month before my appt, I get a message that my appointment has been cancelled due to a hygienist being out and they don't have a replacement. . . okay not sure why that's my problem but thanks for canceling on me. Great, make another appointment, first time slot available is now 3 months later. .

. . good one. Okay, 3 months later, now the day before I'm supposed to go in to get my teeth clean, oops, your dental hygienist has the flu and we are canceling your appointment again via text. Don't worry though, you can schedule an appointment for March, two months from now. . . What a joke. Not a great business plan to keep canceling on your customers and then making them schedule out months later.

ALSO, I had previously tried to see if this office could fix a retainer wire that had come loose for me, I called and was told they would speak with X person and get back to me and they actually said "probably tomorrow" via text. . . over a week later I get a text that they now have a treatment plan for me. Oh great, over a week later you have a plan, great communication and very timely. Absolute joke of a Dental office purely based on their communication and scheduling I would never recommend any one to use this place. Save your time and go somewhere that actually respects it.
