I scheduled an appointment for today three months ago. I received a reminder about the appointment on Monday. I arrived for my appointment this morning only to be told I'd been "squeezed out" and they didn't know why. I was told I needed to reschedule.

I just took my insurance card and left. This is absolutely ridiculous, profoundly poor customer service, and absolutely unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would.

DO NOT GO HERE! First and only time at this dental clinic, the dental hygienist was absolutely wonderful, was kind, felt like they were good at their job. However, the dentist. . . She was rude, demeaning, and shaming. Even though I have good teeth and take good care of my teeth.

Her approach was simultaneously dispersing a cloud of shame and rushed. She did not care to do what's best for my teeth but out to do as many fillings as possible even if they don't require it. She also promoted a "clean diet" which a medical professional should never recommend. Because every medical professional should know that a "clean diet" is not a medical term. Unless you are only eating food that you've rubbed dirt on, you needn't worry about a "clean diet. " The only person who should be recommending diets at all is your dietician of which she is not.

On top of all of this, they ran out of time to do a cleaning on my teeth, so I left not getting a cleaning and belittled. No one should experience at a medical appointment, especially when it is unfounded. I have good teeth and I am a healthy weight. Again, do not go here. It feels like the dentist is out to charge and fill to make a profit. *(I did not go back for a cleaning even though the dental hygienist was kind nor did I book the dentist to do any fillings as a result)

(Employee review) Office staff is great and office is great aside from Dr Beni. Very passive aggressive and rude. I helped out at this office consecutively and even last minute because the office always needs help, just to get treated poorly by Dr Beni, who also lied to my staffing agency and said we “argued” so that they wouldn’t allow me back. (Absolutely fine with not going back since Dr Beni is the only Dr who needs assisting), but I have a great reputation that I try to up stand and really didn’t appreciate the false feedback. I have tried to reach out the office manager multiple times to get details on my “argument” but they intentionally won’t return my phone calls.

Very unprofessional . Dr Beni is a great Dr just very nasty, entitled and bi polar. Very belittling. Be careful working here

Excellent experience at Midway Metro Dentalcare. I had a cracked old filling repaired by Dr. Gilbert and my tooth looks brand new. You cannot see the filling it matches perfect. Bite feels great. I was made very comfortable the entire visit and have had no problems with the tooth since. The entire place is very clean, professional, and everyone is friendly and helpful.
