I highly recommend reading these reviews prior to making an appointment at this facility. The doctor herself was extremely nice to my children and was great at what she does but her front desk is going to ruin her business as you can see from previous reviews. I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with this office, and I must say I am thoroughly disappointed, especially with the front desk. The managers lack of organization and poor communication skills created a chaotic and frustrating situation.

My daughter had an appointment scheduled two days ago and the office manager reached out over a claim that was out of my control. The manager seems to prioritize avoiding issues rather than addressing them, leaving clients to suffer from confusion and unnecessary delays. There is just a general lack of professionalism. What’s more disappointing is that feedback or concerns raised with the manager were met with defensiveness rather than a willingness to improve.

It is clear that there is little regard for customer satisfaction. I genuinely hope that they take the necessary steps to improve their leadership and organization, as it’s evident that without these changes, the office will continue to struggle with providing even a basic level of service. FYI don’t ask to speak to the actual doctor because she will not call.

The way they handled her with such patience and made her feel so comfortable during her tooth filling was truly impressive. She was a bit nervous at first, but their kind and gentle approach made everything so smooth.
