I've been coming to MH Orthodontics for over a year now and definitely recommend it. I've been under the care of Dr. Eichel who takes the time to listen attentively to my concerns and keeps me updated on my progress. Not only is Dr. Eichel an exceptional Orthodontist, but he also surrounds himself with equally compassionate and competent staff members.

That being said, You are going to be spending a lot of time at these appointments and essentially will need to pick the place you are most comfortable with in terms of treatment plans and services. Thankfully, their treatment coordinator (Lizzy) and Dr. Eichel made that possible for me.

As a kid and having a dad that works next to the orthodontist, it is quite fun! The workers are really nice and fun to talk to! Also the place is really clean! I got braces from here and I am very comfortable with them. Thank you so much for taking care of my teeth!

I had a very disappointing experience at MH orthodontist’s office. The treatment itself was fine, but the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The front desk staff, especially one particular receptionist, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every time I had a question or needed help with scheduling, she acted as if I was an inconvenience.

There was no empathy or friendliness, which made the experience very uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate that such poor customer service overshadowed the treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone who values respectful and courteous service. No one has the answers to the questions and forget them trying to work with your insurance company! They want all cash!
