Did not have a good 4 experiences. Always waiting in the chair. One time had to be numbed twice because first time wore off before dentist got there. Had to have a filling redone. The list goes on, changing dentists now

I have spent the last 5 years having Dr. B's work re-done. I've spent thousands undoing what this man did to me. Many other doctors have asked me, "Why did he do this to you?". 1. I have had all my root canals retreated that Dr. B completed. 2. He uses outdated materials for crowns which I have since had replaced.
(because its cheap) 3. He used one crown (on two teeth) for two root canals not allowing me to floss between them. I am told that is what they do for people who are 90 years old and are going to essentially die. ( I was 27). 4. Every appointment I had he was essentially "running behind" and I would get in the chair 30-45 min after my appointment. I'd say get your teeth cleaned here but don't do any major work (Unless you want to get it done twice). I've spent almost 10 grand getting his work retreated, repaired, and undone.

I gave this place 2 stars , the staff is very nice and friendly, but every procedure I had done here, had to be redone. Two root canals, and two crowns. The root canals needed to be retreated, the two permanent crowns fell off. The cleaning hygienist is very thorough and does deep cleaning, her work was excellent.

It was my first time going to this office after recently experiencing some tooth sensitivity. Absolutely loved the service, Staff was very friendly and informative. The dental assistant I had was great at put my at ease for my first root canal! Dr. Benes was awesome! I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist office. Will definitely be returning.
