I have lived many places and therefore seen many dentists. Dr. Maloney and his staff are amazing, I would never consider going anywhere else.

The office is immaculate, they always run on time, and he is a very progressive dentist who offers many suggestions to help with any problem. I hate when a doctor simply tells you what they are going to do, I appreciate when options are discussed with me, and I trust him completely.

My wife and I moved to the Capital District from Central NY a few years ago. I had been with my previous dentist for over 30 years, so I obviously had concerns about starting over with someone new. After visiting a couple of dentists in this area, I decided to try Dr. Maloney. His reviews were favorable, he's relatively close to where I live, and I figured I'd give him a chance. Best move I've made, well, since I moved.

Dr. Maloney is patient, caring, and explains all procedures and options carefully. I feel very comfortable in his office. I don't expect to be around for another 30 years LOL, but he's my guy moving forward and I would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation. Thank you.

I am glad I found Dr. Maloney! My previous dentist retired some time ago and I have been looking for a good dentist. I feel I have found one. The office is spotless and modern, the staff is very pleasant and professional. Dr. Maloney clearly understands his profession, he explained what was needed and performed the procedure quickly.

My problem was resolved. I will be returning in the future and would not hesitate to refer anyone here. As an update: Dr Maloney has continued to do great service. He completed an implant for me that I am very happy with. Recently he squeezed me into the schedule to handle a toothache. Top notch dental practice!

I haven’t had enough actual dental work to comment on the quality of care here. Just had X-rays, consultations, referrals to oral surgeon. I’m reviewing the patient care. Having been just under 2 years since I’ve been at the office, I called to make an appointment to begin bridgework and cosmetic services after getting many teeth removed. Upon answering the phone, the front desk woman rudely denied I was a patient there.

Then she clarified that I am no longer a patient there because they removed patients who have not been there in a year. I don’t know if it’s for patients that didn’t use their referred oral surgeon, or patients that aren’t on the top of their list as spenders. In any case, it’s about money. Not unusual in this new day, but they should let their patients know, in writing, that they have this new policy. It’s a baseline courtesy and the least they could do to remain professional.

So for someone that does not plan on going every year like clockwork, they would not be for you, and you are not for them. Also, they are near impossible to reach as they rarely answer the phone.
