Wonderful dentist but the office staff made an error in my billing and refuses to see me until it’s corrected. My insurance pays 100% of dental and has payed out thousands of dollars to this office, as I’ve had serious issues from chemo and radiation to my mouth, and has since tried to resolve this mistake on the office’s part to no avail. I can no longer see Dr.

Malloy according to his appointment maker until this bill is paid in cash by me. This will never happen as my Medicare/Medicaid covers 100% of dental and as someone with terminal cancer, I cannot and will not be extorted.

Not good. Receptionist is confusing on the phone and in person; at first I thought she was new at the job.. When I got there I was told my first visit would be close to $400 (and she knew that I do not have insurance). The huge waiting room was empty. Receptionist was not wearing a mask, which was a biggie with me. The place did not seem professional at all. Never got to see the dentist.

Dr. Molloy was referred to me by the VA. He is the BEST dentist I have ever had. I’m 52 and I’ve seen plenty over the years with many moves. He is kind, patient, gentle and funny. He does an extremely thorough evaluation and has a keen eye for seeing what others did not. His staff is extremely helpful and kind. Exceptional office, staff and Dentist!

I am NOT a dentist fan and I absolutely loathe going to any kind of dental appointments, but Molloy and his staff have been exceptional. He had to redo some fillings from a previous dentist and he did an outstanding job. Reception and hygienists are very kind and friendly.
