I never thought I would say this but I actually look forward to going to the dentist. That’s because Dr. Watson is the absolute best. He is so knowledgeable. He can tell how much stress I’m under by my teeth! He also gives the best shots. I can barely feel them. I’ve been going to him since he first started practicing. He has never failed me. I consider him a dear friend.

UPDATE: I’m finally getting my implants removed. It will be costing me $3560. DR Watson actually placed my implants so incorrect I can have new implants placed the same day I get them removed. Listen, I understand that we are human beings and we make mistakes and that’s OK as long as you’re a decent enough human being to acknowledge your errors and repair them! Dr Watson sent me to Heber placing blame on the implant company (WC) stating that they needed to remove the implant because their implants must be faulty. He placed blame on me stating it was because I had a grinding problem. Maybe so, but that’s not why they failed. The simple truth is that he placed them incorrect and no matter what, they were going to fail. I don’t know why he couldn’t just admit that he made a mistake.

But, not only would he not admit his mistake he refused to remove them and then continued to charge me every time he saw me. When they both finally broke after only a few years. I called him and asked if he could remove them. He asked me to come to speak with him about my implants. He charged me a consultation fee! As if he hadn’t already cost me enough, he then sued me when I refused to pay his charges for his mistakes. $10k later I’m back to square one and have to start all over!! I’m going to attach pictures. The first 2 are my side view. The first is the back implant the second picture is the front implant.

You can see each implant screwed into my jaw. The green line indicates where the implant should have been placed. The third picture is the top view. The white circles are my implants the blue circles are where the implant should have been placed. My back implant (on the bottom photo) is the one that failed twice, you can see why. . The implants were not only placed far apart from my teeth and each other, but they were placed on the edge of my jaw bone next to my tongue.

Instead of the normal two weeks to get a crown, it took 6 weeks for Dr. Watson to put a permanent crown on. The first crown did not fit, so Dr. Watson drilled the crown down over and over again to get it to fit. The next day the permanent crown broke. I went back in, and he said he suspected that I would be back. He had to drill off the permanent crown which was a harsh and very unpleasant experience. His assistant fit a temporary crown that didn’t fit well and had jagged edges and exposed the roots of my tooth to air.

They promised they would rush the second permanent crown and get it back in a week. Two weeks later, I called, and they didn’t know where the crown was. On the third week out, I called again and asked them about the crown. They said it had come back and I could come in. After 6 weeks of errors and trauma to the tooth, I had to go to a specialist and get a root canal. I went to speak with Dr. Watson to give him a chance to make things right. He admitted he made errors but took no responsibility to make things right.

There was nothing in this 6-week experience that built any trust or confidence in Dr. Watson or his team. A very disappointing (and expensive) experience. Dr. Watson and his team failed me and I think in his heart of hearts, he knows that.

Dr. Watson and his team are fantastic! Krista, the office manager, is incredibly welcoming and makes check-in a breeze. Dr. Watson is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to explain everything. The office is clean, modern, and runs efficiently. Highly recommend!
