I have been a client here for over 10 years and I absolutely loved it! However, the service that I received for my daughters most recent cleaning was beyond disappointing. My daughter went in for a cleaning prior to school starting and she was done in literally 5 -12 minutes. My friend stopped by with me and he couldn't believe it. Then the appointment that I had booked for over three months was canceled the day before I was set to come in. I asked for the next business day, never received a call. I called the following week, and was sent to voicemail both days .

Ever since they lost their front desk manager, the service has been sub par. I love , love love Dr. A! He did an AMAZINGGGG job on my replacement tooth and his spirit is always so genuine and kind. Unfortunately, I called and asked for a call back from Michelle to discuss my dissatisfaction and I am still awaiting a call 4 weeks later. :(

Best dentist practice around. I came in for a cleaning today and saw Kristen. She is great! She did a very thorough job and explained everything to me. My teeth are so clean now. Thank you!

Slava

Crown didn't fit properly after adjusting it, so instead of making a new one, the dentist grinded it down to the metal part... So 10 years later, I have a tooth with a nice black spot on it. Every dentist I went to since, said a new crown shouldve been made.

I have been calling for months now and phone was answered once. I left a message asking if they are still in business but haven’t received a call back. The Doctors and hygienists are amazing but something needs to be done with the receptionist just not taking calls or calling back, assuming they are still in business.
