I’ve avoided fillings for years due to terrible past experiences at dentists. Dr. Mastis was so kind, and understanding. She put my nerves at ease and had a completely painless filling. Best dentist I have ever been to!

I had had my teeth cleaned 2 different times, both times I made sure she understood I have an allergy to anything that ends in "caine" eg. lidocaine, benzocaine. My interest in her office was the Laser Dentistry which she agreed is ideal for me. I had an appointment for yesterday 8/3/22 which I was beyond anxious for, never having this procedure done.
Usually I take medication to help relax me and ease my anxiety, this time I was not premedicated. I asked her before she took me back if she was sure she could do this with using numbing, then she starts looking for a new dentist for me. Not once did she ever ask me what kind of reaction do you have ? When I do react I get severe swelling and this is why I premedicate. She told me that she was the only one in the office if something happened.
It's strange that every time I been to the office she is alone. After her bizarre behaviour and total lack of professionalism, I highly recommend to think twice before considering the woman as your dentist.

When I first came to Dr. Mastis, I was a nervous wreck! I had just came from a consultation with a different dentist, who said they should just remove my teeth and give me dentures. I was 30 years old. I have always been to the dentist and had work done multiple times, so my teeth were not bad because I just didn’t take care of them. I lost 130lbs in a year and had severe vitamin deficiency, which caused my teeth to crumble.
Dr. Mastis was professional, understanding, and took the time to fix my smile. I have been one of her patients for years now and I finally have a smile I can once again, be proud of! She takes the extra time to go over everything with you, is affordable and very flexible with appointment scheduling. I’m just so thankful there are still dentists out there who have passion for what they do!

From the very first phone call to the very end, the staff at Michigan laser cosmetic dentistry we’re nothing more than top notch! Everyone was very professional. First I had my teeth done by dental hygienist that was absolutely wonderful and thorough.
Secondly I had my teeth whitening and the experience was absolutely fabulous from picking my own movie show to watch during the procedure to the comfortable chair, I came out with the whitest teeth my teeth I’ve ever been !!! Extremely satisfied. I’m actually having my three children come here! So bottom line if you want the whitest teeth I’ve ever had and a great teeth cleaning call them now! Jackie P
