Never see this man (he's a creep and here's why) My first issue with this place is when my mother and i pulled into the parking lot, an employee had just walked in. We walk up to the door and it's locked. We're knocking and knocking for a good 4-5 ish minutes until some lady walked out and goes, "Oh did I lock the door?" We get back there and it's taking a while, which isn't a big deal to me. I'm a pretty patient person. Anyway, he comes in and is a little too close for my comfort.

He puts his hand on my leg, he touches my arm, he tugged on my hair and said "you have beautiful hair. " Might I add I was 15 at the time (one year ago) ALSO he touched my mouth guard without gloves or washing this hands, and he was running his fingers through his crusty hair. Then he PUT THE THING IN MY MOUTH LIKE EW. After all of this was done he was trying to sell his brothers dentistry to us. And we had said no, yet he still persisted.

Plus he wanted to do a root canal while I was put under and there was no way In hell I was letting this man be alone with me while I'm asleep. So that was my experience. Take it as you please.

I went in for a consult for an infected tooth. I'm terrified of needles so it seemed like the best option for me. Everything in this place looks outdated, there are lint balls in corners, someones lunch was on a counter. . . just kinda unsettling. When I sat in the chair, I sat off to the side with my feet on the floor, so I know the dirt at the bottom of the chair wasn't from me. As the doc took medical information from me it seemed like he was asking the same questions over and over again. He took no x-rays. Pretty much just opened my mouth looked in for a second, and then said, "We will go by what your other dentists said and do the root canal. " Checking out took forever. Most other doctors and dentists I have been to say, "We will call your other doc and ask them for the x-rays" Nope, this place wanted me to do it.

They scheduled me for another appointment 3 and a half weeks later. . . . the tooth was clearly infected (bump on my jaw and I was in pain so yeah no rush or anything). The next day, Saturday, I woke up. Swelling spread to my neck and ear. The entire left side of my face. I was in pain. Had to wait all weekend to go see another dentist. When I saw the new one he had said, "You should have gotten that fixed on Friday, we could have saved it with a root canal, but now we're going to have to just take it out because it has gotten so bad. " I called Dr.

Palmers' office. Told the woman on the phone what happened during the weekend, and what the other dentist had said, and the fact that I lost my freaking tooth because of it. She quickly rushed me off the phone saying, "we do the best we can. " Obviously not. I was in a huge amount of pain, and now I have to pay for a freaking implant and deal with more pain in the future. They sure did keep my $94 though. I called a lawyer, they said it was a case of neglect, but since it didn't happen over a 6 month period it was unlikely anyone would take the case. This office got lucky. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE.

Horrible experience tried to make my son an appt for a cavity he is special needs just need a cavity filled under sedation. Instead they want to do a cleaning and full X-rays for one tooth I have an X-ray from another Dentist they quoted me 5-6 hours at $580. 00 an hour. When all I need is a cavity filled on.

They could care less if a child is in pain its all about the money. Very discriminatory against people with special needs.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff at this office. They made me and my son feel very comfortable, and believe me, my son does not feel comfortable going to the dentist. He's 22 now and this is the first time he had xrays taken and fillings done. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist for a special needs patient. They are very knowledgeable and compassionate.
