I was impressed by the professionalism of the whole team at my first visit to Dr. Shoup's office. The exam was done very thoroughly, unlike anything I have ever experienced before. To be told what my problem was within the first 5 minutes of my examination & explained to me, was so amazing & yet frustrating at the same time. To be told that the problem was my tongue & not my teeth.

Being tongue tied was causing my issues this whole time & was in front of all the other dentist I have had & NO one saw it because they were NOT doing a thorough examination of my mouth, but instead just repairing the damage caused by my problem. Dr Shoup explained how being tongue tied was causing my snoring, my sleep deprivation, my wear on my teeth from grinding & my bite being off. It has been kind of bitter sweet to finally have an answer to all of my mouth problems. Bitter because I have been let down by so many different dentist throughout my lifetime but sweet, to finally have an answer to my mouth problems. I was to a point where I was just saying pull them all & give me dentures.

I am now looking forward to finally getting the root of my mouth problem fixed & then getting my teeth fixed correctly. This is only the beginning of the journey but I am looking forward to the final results.

Had a nice experience at Shoup dentistry today. Could not always say that about appointments with previous dentists. Dr Randy and Elena did a nice job inspecting my teeth, and then cleaning my teeth. Thorough and professional. I was warmly welcomed at the front desk.

Dr Randy came in to the room and we joked around for 5 minutes before the exam. Elena took care as she cleaned my teeth and got rid of all the plaque and tartar. Hey. I'm not sure if anyone REALLY enjoys going to the dentist, but the Shoup folks go the extra mile attempting to make you feel comfortable.

Easy Street Insurance

Great staff and informative on alternative products for dental care. Love that they use ozone with their cleanings and dental procedures. They saved some of my teeth by filling in the small cracks instead of pulling or capping. The high powered microscope gives them an edge above every dentist I have visited.
