I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had an emergency wisdom tooth issue that needed immediate attention. I called around to so many places to see if they could get me in asap and everyone kept saying booked out. When I called Mid-Michigan Oral Surgery of Grand Ledge, the receptionist worked to get me in that day (even if it did mean paying out of pocket instead of waiting on insurance).

And the Oral Surgeon & Hygienist who took care of me could not have been more kind, understanding and helpful. I walked out of there feeling so much relief and thankfulness (aside from the obvious soreness that comes with the procedure 😉). Thank you so much to the staff at Mid-Michigan Oral Surgery of Grand Ledge!

Absolutely AMAZING experience!! This is coming from someone who hates going to the dentist due to a bad past experience. Started at the front desk with the receptionist Annie, who was super sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable. Amy and Dr. Pack are beyond professional and caring.

Amy went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, keeping me informed every step of the way for the procedure as well as offering her hand to hold if needed. This meant a lot to me since my past experiences at OTHER offices have been so horrible. This whole office is phenomenal and highly recommended!!!

Between appointments and phone calls, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. They are so friendly and reassuring. They have explained everything and answered every question I’ve had in detail.

From the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctor, I could not be happier with the office and I’m so grateful that they were the ones who we were referred to for my daughters wisdom teeth extraction. Would recommend!
