I was referred by my general dentist for an issue with a loose implant that was hurting me for over a month. The initial appt was for a consultation but when Dr. Spector saw how much pain I was in, and had an infection, he removed the implant for me. Dr Spector was honest, upfront and patient with me. He informed me that I wasn’t a candidate for implants because of bone loss and teeth grinding.

I have a night guard but I cannot tolerate wearing it to sleep. I set up a treatment plan to remedy the spaces where 2 implants from prior oral surgeons failed. The entire staff was also professional and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone looking for help with dental issues to go to Middletown dental associates. The implant pictured below was improperly placed by a prior oral surgeon from another practice approximately 3 years ago.

I had the tooth pulled and implant placed all in one visit. During the pull, the surgeon cracked part of another tooth directly behind where the new implant would be placed. Metal was showing on my gum line immediately and I was lied to stating “once healed, metal would be covered by my gum line. ” I hope my post is helpful for anyone looking for cosmetic dentistry in the future.

Office is very clean. Front desk staff were all very friendly. They were quick to get me on the schedule. My hygienist Mary, was so kind and made my dental cleaning experience very pleasant. Dr. Zachary Katz was also very nice and seems like a good dentist I can trust. Overall great experience.
