This has been our dentist office for over 13 years! The doctors and staff are highly knowledgeable, patient, and gentle with both adults and children. The office is clean and inviting with the latest technology. Highly recommend!

We started going to Dr. Arrighi when we moved to Middletown. We love our visits there. The office and equipment is modern and immaculate. Very short waits. The staff is friendly and professional. The doctor does beautiful work and is very gentle. I highly recommend Middletown Family Dentistry! Thanks!

Dark Lady
My husband, my son, and I have been going to this office for at least 10 years, at a time when Dr. A was just starting out and building his clientele. Recently we had an insurance change and he is not a participating provider but we stayed with him because we liked him and the insurance still paid for the cleanings and fillings in full. My husband needed a crown and, since Dr. A would be so much more expensive because he wasn't a participating provider, my husband had crown done with a dentist that was and wanted to continue otherwise with Dr. A because they already had a repore. Today, I went in for filling and am in need of another crown so I inquired again why Dr.
A doesn't participate with my insurance as other dentists in area all do. When he came in to do my filling he went off on me saying " if you're going to get your crowns done elsewhere then you need to stay with that dentist instead of jumping back and forth, and your husband, he's done!" I then went out to billing department and was talking to girl about bill and as I was leaving I saw dental hygienist (same one by the way who told me all about her troubled daughter when she was cleaning my teeth a few weeks earlier) whispering to her as she was apparently eavesdropping on the conversation. SHE then calls me within minutes of my getting home and leaves a message that basically my and my husband's future appointments have been cancelled and that we've basically been cancelled. This is an office we have had no problem with before, no missed appointments, no unpaid bills, and we were treated like garbage today!!! Their CONDUCT and their ETHICS today were outrageous and I'm taking it up with the State Dental Board and will seek justice for the humiliation and the offense to how I was treated there today and how my husband was treated too! I don't know what is going on with this doctor and his office/staff but they have totally gone down hill! The original staff I knew have all left by the way. Dr. Wang is very nice! My advice to him would be to get out before this whole place goes under due to a doctor whose conduct is that of a kindergartener! Update: When I was in Dr. Arrighi's office on 5/23/23, the girl in billing tried to get me to pay $135 out of pocket that day saying it was the part not covered by my insurance company.
I told her to wait to see what insurance would pay first since I was pretty sure it was all of it. Sure enough, they already paid it in full. I think she was just trying to get more money out of me and it wasn't the first time this office had done this to us and, everytime I called them out, they would get angry with us. In fact, when I was in there at the end of last year, an older woman was chewing Dr. Arrighi out saying they did an unnecessary procedure on her to get money and she was very upset! It all makes sense now! BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE! There are so many others around now who take all insurances and whose conduct is professional and not suspect and childish! Go to them instead!
