Update: The crown I recieved failed after only three years due to a gap that had been there since instillation. Go anywhere else- I reccommend Lutrell Dentristy instead. Original-Nov 2021: This place is a nightmare. I have not seen the same dentist twice. I gave them my insurance info and they didn't bother to run it (according to the collections company), they gave me the run arround about both billing and my records.

At a couple of points- they insisted thay had never seen me at all. I was proactive in trying to handle the issue- I went in, I had my husband (his insurance) go in multiple times. They sent me to collections instead of ever sending me an invoice to pay! One dentist I had was nice- but admitted to being sleep deprived and then the poor guy stabbed himself with my dirty needle. The other was rude and insisted on grinding down a top tooth instead of working with the cap for a better fit. She was visably frustrated and basically told me to settle.

I'm not going back. This place is an absolute mess.

Mr. Disparager

Don’t let them lead you to believe they are here to help. Scammed into a partial in which causes more pain to my remaining teeth than not having it at all. I just wanted help chewing as a communicated endlessly and this partial is 100% for vanity and not functionality. Plus to try and get it adjusted they hit you with $126 EACH time you go?? Why wouldn’t that be free seeing its cost $2500 already.

Sad and scammed… signed a treatment plan for over $3k, paid that amount and out of nowhere I get another $700 bill a month later?? Must be nice to make up charges as you go. Not too mention the 1st dentist was very argumentative and disrespectful to what I asked to be done trying to force me to do things I did not want. The DA even looked at me not believing he was speaking to me this way. Crazy…
