I consider myself a very funny and kind person. Today at the dentist I had a stuffy nose from my allergies and the doctor continued be rude to me and tell me i shouldn't have come in even when I had pain I made a joke and he told “you really think your funny but your not” i am just a teenager I do not believe as a professional he should not be that rude to clients, this doctor has been rude to multiple people and his workers I have been told.

My family and I have been going to this dentist for the past few years. If you can get past his rude receptionist at the front desk and her terrible customer service the dental hygienist is amazing. Super difficult to make an appointment without stopping in.

Receptionist is not accommodating and is super argumentative on the phone, when there's an issue with an appointment. I always try to set up appointments with the hygienist before leaving in the back.

I had an appointment with Dr Lowe to get impressions of my top teeth for dentures. The mouthpiece he had was too large for my mouth. And, they did not have any smaller mouthpieces. It hurt terrible and he couldn't get it in he got mad and hurled it across the room back into the basket of mouth pieces. I was appalled.

And, I asked him if I could talk to him about dentures on the bottom of my mouth, and, he said he was scheduled for only so much time to do an impression and he did not have time. Very unprofessional would not return to him for anything. And I do not recommend him at all. Very immature, and not patient at all.

I can't say enough good things about this practice. The front staff has always been able to fit me in, the cleanings keep my teeth looking great, and Dr. Lowe has spent a lot of time with me fixing up the issues I've created from before I knew how to better take care of them.
