After reading the reviews for this place i was excited to schedule an appointment for services with office that provide excellent care. UNFORTUNATELY that was NOT the case. I went online and requested an appointment for after 4pm. The next day i received a phone call from a receptionist who i provided my name insurance information and demographics to set up an appointment for the following day. We explained that i need an appointment after 4pm because i am off work but i will be able to make it in at 4:20.

The receptionist confirmed that appointment then ASKED if possible i can come in the day before to get the new client paper work filled out. The office was open until 5:30pm i was unable to make it before they closed. I never received a phone call or anything to ask to come in the morning since i missed the coming in the day before to fill out me client paper work so i went in for my appointment as normal. I arrived at 4:11pm to check in for my appointment and the receptionist smiled and said oh you didn’t come in yesterday to fill out the paperwork so we cancelled your appointment. I was completely taken back because why would my appointment be cancelled because of paperwork that is normally filled out when you check in for your appointment….

I arrived early enough to sign a few pieces of paper! This was the most unprofessional thing i have ever experienced: it was not disclosed to me that i would need to come a day before to sign paperwork in order to be seen. If that is policy why isn’t this disclosed when confirming the appointment. I have had a bad tooth ache and was ready for relief. If they would have called me in the morning i could have came on my lunch break to complete the forms if that was mandatory,

I have no complaints. The office is always clean, the staff is very friendly and professional, the doctor and the hygienists are the best. They never rush me through always take time and listen to me, explain whatever my needs are in detail and with understand. I always have a pleasant visit. They are the best. 💕💕

My husband and I had several services done here and the office exceeded our expectations. They explained everything we needed done and provide details on cost. Staff is kind and the doctor provides service with care. We would 100% recommend.
