Midwest Dental is a prominent dental support organization (DSO) and dental care practice with a long-standing history in the United States. Founded in 1968 by David Hehli with a single clinic in Mondovi, Wisconsin, it grew to become one of the largest solely owned dental practices in the country before being acquired by Smile Brands Inc. in December 2020.
