Before current dentist took over the business, everything was fantastic. New owner/dentist, AWFUL!! Several of both my husbands and my appointment would be extended as the Doctor bounced from 1 room or maybe 3 with ‘urgent’ patients. Had a crown put on and received several bills stating insurance would only pay for X appt. Would call to pay bill and CONTINUE to get another bill. Went for my 2nd crown. Took 3 visits to even get it correct and to fit. Definitely still not sure it’s correct because there is a space between gum and crown.

Scheduled a 3RD visit and had to wait 45 minutes once I was in chair as Dr bounced from room to room with appointments and her emergency patients. Expressed my concern with her of wait and return visits. For my husband to have a cleaning under my insurance to be told to bring me ‘this letter’ but bill MY insurance. We used to go to Midwest on Hendrickson Dr but changed as it is closer. If you have anything done under insurance, plan on still owing more. Also plan your visit to be 1-1/2 hours. We found a new more professional dental office.

Requested records, the sent release forms. Didn’t provide an address or a fax when I requested it 2 days ago. We NEVER EVER had an issue with the doctor or staff. Until she must have bought it? Also was never even notified that there WAS even a new doctor taking over.

I have a complaint. I told yall my teeth were sensitive yet you start drilling my tooth down with no numbing meds. But act surprised when i jump in pain. Gaslight me to say my teeth are not hitting when I can feel that my right side is MUCH HIGHER than my left.

Make it make sense. I really liked the dental hygienist I had during my regular cleaning. She was amazing! The dentist on the other had I have never liked.
