Update: I emailed the office to address these concerns, but they never responded. If they can’t even acknowledge patient complaints, it speaks volumes about how much they value their patients. We won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and professionalism. Response to owner: Thank you for your reply. I wanted to clarify that I already sent an email outlining the concerns regarding my girlfriend’s recent experience, including the scheduling issues and the treatment she received from the hygienist.

Scheduling has become a major hassle, which makes it challenging to receive timely care. We used to appreciate the care provided here, but the combination of disorganized scheduling and unprofessional staff behavior has made it difficult to recommend this practice. We hope they can make improvements to restore the quality of care that once made this office a great choice.
