As much as I dislike going to the dentist, my experience at Midwest dental was as good as it could be. Everyone is really nice and great to deal with. And Sarah did a great job cleaning my teeth and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this dental office.

I had a terrible experience with this dentist. The receptionist and dental hygienist were both lovely, but the dentist was not good at all. I went in with tooth pain and he insisted on doing a root canal when I wanted the tooth pulled. He seemed annoyed when I disagreed with him. After having one tooth pulled, I returned with six teeth still causing me pain. The dentist told me I couldn't possibly have six teeth hurting at the same time, even though I was in excruciating pain and struggling to eat or brush my teeth.

He once again pushed for a root canal, which I declined. He sent me away with medication and told me to see a doctor. Overall, the dentist was very arrogant and dismissive of my concerns. I have been coming to this practice since I was a child and had never had a problem until this dentist arrived. I will not be returning, as the quality of care has drastically diminished with this particular dentist.

My wife and I have been going to Midwest Dental for a number of years. First started out when it was Park Avenue Dental with Dr. Snyder. We have never had a bad experience at Midwest. The entire staff is friendly from the front office to the Hygienist and Dr. Clark. Kelly was my first Hygienist and she was great. Sarah is now my hygienist and she is equally great. We no longer have insurance and they give a 5% discount for paying the bill the day of the service.

Regular checkups have kept us cavity free for many years. As a side note by 46 year old daughter had braces with Dr. Snyder when she was 13 years old. *****This is an update to my post 7 yrs. ago. Sarah is still the best hygienist and Cindy is till great in the front office. The only concern I have is not having a permanent Dentist on staff. Each time I go for my 6 months cleaning there seems to be a dfiferent Dentist.
