Don't go to this company especially the one in Burlington Wisconsin as the main boss treat their customers very rudely and they also discriminate against people who look poor from their clothing that they are wearing. I came into that location to make an appointment and the check to see if they take my insurance because I haven't seen a dentist in over 2 years and the main doctor thought I was being rude and also assumed that I was insistent to be seen immediately even though I was not insisting to be seen immediately and even called police on me.

This is a very good dental office. One of my old fillings fell out, and part of my tooth broke off while I was traveling on a work trip. They were able to find an open space in their schedule and see me in just two days.

They examined my tooth and repaired it with great skill in less than an hour. The staff function as a highly relational and highly functioning team, offering great compassion and understanding to their patients. If you live nearby (and even if you don't!), you should go to Midwest Dental in Elkhorn, WI for your dental needs!

I came in as a new patient and Dr. Shah and staff couldnt have been more welcoming. Dr. created a complete care plan that is a staged development to get my oral health back in perfection condition. My hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and the procedure was pain free. I highly recommend Midwest Dental! They are fantastic!!!

Wait, list for 9 months, so I'd have a good local dentist as I'm OTR for work, and they canceled my exam at the last minute. Dont waste your time on new patient appointments. Apparently, they don't need the business. Extremely unprofessional
