Excellent receptionists and the dentist was so great making it painless and easy. The dentist assistant Carly was so nice and explained everything that was going to be done and was so concerned about my comfort. Would recommend them to everyone. Can’t say enough about them.

I’ve been to Midwest Dental for both a regular cleaning/new patient evaluation appointment and to have my upper wisdom teeth removed. Everybody was very friendly during both visits, and answered all my questions. After the appointments, I had some confusion when it came to my insurance and the bill, but Alex promptly and thoroughly helped me understand the different items on the bill.

He provided phenomenal customer service. It’s a great group of people to work with.

They keep cancelling my appointment. It has now been cancelled twice and the second time, it was late on the day before my appointment. The lady I talked to seems unconcerned about my appointment was now cancelled twice. She told me it would be at least 3 months out before I could be rescheduled.

What is the point of making an appointment if they are just going to cancel it the day before and unwilling to work to reschedule my appointment within a reasonable timeframe (up to 2 weeks out)? Instead I get attitude about them cancelling my appointments, the lady acted like it was my issue and not theirs that my appointment was cancelled again and their unwillingness to figure out how to get me in sooner. I understand people get sick and totally willing to re-schedule, but not for 3 months out. I will now be almost a year since my last cleaning. My final breaking point is when I received a text message from them the day after my appointment saying “ We’re sorry you were not able to make it to your last appointment.

Please call (920) 921-8950 to reschedule at Midwest Dental Fond Du Lac East at your earliest convenience. Thank you. ” Seriously, they cancel the appointment and now they are saying that it was me that could not make it.
